This policy applies to everything you buy from Charis Continental Foods.
We take great pride in ensuring that our products get to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on most products, as long as it is within the relevant cancellation period.
For all non-edible grocery products, you have 28 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

Products Not Refundable Unless Faulty
The following products are not refundable unless faulty:

  • Frozen, smoked or perishable goods
  • Baby food

GENERAL DELIVERY NOTICE

  • Deliveries will be brought to the front door or house or to the communal entrances of block of flats/apartments. Delivery drivers are unable to bring orders inside the house or into a block of flats. Please respond promptly to collect your order once delivered.
  • Delivery times listed or stated are estimates only. 
  • We may use third party delivery courier who may not be able to offer a specific delivery hour/time. 
  • Estimated delivery days and times may be as specified on the delivery check -out page on the website and will be made to the address specified by you when you register on our website unless you change your delivery address at the check- out stage. 
  • We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether. 
  • Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If the that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able possible in other to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
